Seriously
So, basically I feel like I'm a bump on a log. I always pretty much knew what I wanted to do with my life, up until a couple months ago. In high school I knew I wanted to go to ACU. When I was at ACU, I figured out that Speech Pathology was a pretty promising. Then, spring semester of my freshman year at ACU, I figured out ACU really wasn't the right school for me. Then, after the fall semester of my sophmore year at UNT (which went horribly) I figured out Speech Pathology wasn't for me. So, then instead of wasting a lot of money at UNT, I took some classes at NLC. Turns out I enrolled in classes I didn't want and there were too many of them that I wasted a butt load of money, but whatever, you've got to learn from life experience apparently. So, basically I feel like I'm aimlessly going. I don't want to go to UNT if I'm not gonna get a degree in something I enjoy. I've been thinking about massage therapy and thinking that maybe that would be something for me to do. But I keep coming back to the fact that I really want a college degree. The thing is, I have NO clue as to what it's supposed to be in. I've asked soooo many different people opinions on what I should do, when ultimately it comes down to what I want. But the sucky thing about that is, that I have no idea what I want. Will I ever really know what I want? All I know is that I want to be genuinely happy and be able to support me and, hopefully, someday a family. I hate the whole not knowing thing. It kills me. Seriously, if I knew what I was supposed to be doing with my life, I would be a pretty happy person. Not that I'm not a happy person usually, I just get really frustrated sometimes that I don't know where to go from right now. I hate not having a goal in mind. Ultimately, I'm not really working toward anything right now and that's what gets me. I want to have something to work towards and it'll all be golden from there.
